The Scribe Room
Terms of Use
These terms explain how this website may be used and how project enquiries are handled. Last updated: 18 September 2026.
Using this website
You may use this website to learn about The Scribe Room and to request information or a sample. Please do not use it to interfere with the site, submit misleading information, or attempt to access systems that are not intended for public use.
Enquiries, quotes and projects
A website enquiry or sample request does not create a service agreement. Project scope, fees, delivery dates, revisions, usage rights, and payment terms are confirmed separately in a written quote, proposal, or agreement before work begins.
Client materials and approvals
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to share any scripts, audio, video, logos, translations, or other project materials with us. Please review and approve project deliverables at the agreed stages.
Creative work and usage
The ownership and permitted use of translations, recordings, edits, masters, and other deliverables are set out in the applicable project agreement. The Scribe Room retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, tools, and materials.
Third-party services
This website may rely on carefully selected third-party services for hosting, file handling, analytics, and email delivery. Their availability and terms are outside our direct control.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the website or our services change. For questions about these terms, please contact us by email. vincent.pellegrin@thescriberoom.com.
